Sir,
As mentioned earlier the DTCP & RERA approved 3.5 acres venture at North West corner of Masaipet village which is just 6km from Yadagirigutta is surrounded by many more DTCP ventures with prices going around 6 - 6,500/- and above, per square yard.
As a gesture of goodwill, since this is my first venture, I want to give the plots with a very good price to all my near and dear @5,500/- per square yard.
As I have to close the venture within 3 months time, am looking forward with few options in the selling process of these remaining 33 plots out of total 48 plots.
15 plots were already sold out and 10 Registrations are done so far.
Hence, I am looking forward with below three options to clear the sales asap.
1) Selling plots to individuals.
2) Selling plots to group of employees
3) Selling plots on Lumpsum (lot sale)
Once again I want to remind my friends, well-wishers and customers that the appreciation will be double in coming years as two 150 Roads are passing nearby our venture. One is 150 feet ORR road of YTDA and widening of existing Rajapet road which goes from the middle of Masaipet village, will be another 150' road. And the fact is, the venture itself is a road facing one.
