future developments. Over the last decade and a half, Karuna Estates has successfully developed over 150 Acres of residential Urban Development Authority and Panchayat Layouts. Apart from existing projects, the firm is currently poised to venture into construction with new residential projects near to Pendurthi, in Visakhapatnam. Our experience has allowed to develop teams and systems to offer the utmost convenience to our customers in doing business with us. Since 2005, Karuna Estates & Developers has developed over 150 Acres of UDA & Panchayat approved layouts. Work is in progress on the following live projects:

Swarna Vihar Township – Phase-I & II – A VUDA approved residential layout beside “KNOWLEDGE CITY” in Sabbavaram Mandal of Visakhapatnam. Divya Shakti Nagar, Phase-VI – A VUDA approved residential layout in very close proximity to WISTM Engineering college In Pendurthi Mandal of Visakhapatnam. Brindavan Resorts – A recreation park beside the Education Hub in Sabbavaram Mandal of Visakhapatnam. Apart from the above, the firm has two projects in pipeline at Pendurthi, including one integration township construction project.
