అసలు తగినంత సిబ్బంది లేకుండా సర్వేల పేరుతో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం సచివాలయ సిబ్బందిని యూనిఫైడ్ ఫ్యామిలీ సర్వే పేరుతో ప్రతి ఇంటికెళ్లి సర్వే చేయమని చెప్పడంతో సచివాలయాలకు తాళాలు వేసి సిబ్బంది బయటకు వెళ్ళవలసిన పరిస్థితి ఏర్పడుతుంది , అసలు మిగతా పౌరు సేవలు కోసం వస్తున్న ప్రజలకు ప్రభుత్వం ఎలాంటి జవాబుదారితనం వహిస్తుందో తెలియడం లేదు అసలు ఎవరిని నిందించాలో అర్థం కావట్లేదు నిందించవలసినది తగినంత సిబ్బందిని ఏర్పాటు చేసుకోకుండా మిగతా పౌర సేవలు ప్రజలకు చేరవ చేయకుండా చేస్తున్న ప్రభుత్వాన్న లేక ఈ వేసవికాలంలో గొంతు ఎండిపోతూ పుస్తకాలు పట్టుకుని సచివాలయం కు తాళాలు వేసి ప్రతి ఇంటికి సర్వేల పేరుతో వెళుతున్న సచివాలయ సిబ్బందినా.

12 రోజులుగా మున్సిపాలిటీ బాబ్కార్ట్ మిషన్ నిరూపయోగంగా పడి ఉన్న, ఎన్ని సార్లు మున్సిపాలిటీ వారి దృష్టిలో పెట్టిన పట్టించోకుకుండా, సొల్లు సమాధానాలు మాత్రం చెబుతున్న అధికారులుకు, మరొకసారి నా విన్నపం దయచేసి మీరు నొక్కిన c బిల్లులలో కాస్త ఖర్చుపెట్టావల్సిందిగా కోరుకుంటున్నాను.

అధ్యక్ష మున్సిపాలిటీ ఆయిల్ తో నడుస్తున్న మీ నల్లకారు కాస్త కాశీబుగ్గ పళ్లివీధి వైపు తిప్పవలసిందిగా కోరుకుంటున్నాం అధ్యక్ష.....Note మీ కారు తిప్పిన ప్రయోజనం లేదంటే మాత్రం వెళ్ళవద్దు ఎందుకంటే మున్సిపాలిటీ ఆయిల్ వేస్ట్.

*జగన్ అధికారంలో ఉన్నప్పుడు రాష్ట్రంలో ఏ చిన్న పాటి నేరం , ఘోరం , ప్రమాదం జరిగినా.... అది ప్రభుత్వ వైఫల్యం... సీఎం వెంటనే రాజీనామా చేయాలని .. రోడ్ల మీదకు వచ్చి నానా యాగీ చేయాలి...*

*ఇప్పుడు మీరు అధికారంలో ఉన్నారు కనుక..... 17 నెలల్లో ఎన్నో అత్యాచారాలు , లైంగిక వేధింపులు , హత్యలు జరిగితే.... అది ప్రభుత్వ వైఫల్యం కాదు.... !*

*తిరుపతి , సింహాచలం, కాశీబుగ్గ ఆలయాల్లో తొక్కిసలాటలు జరిగి ఎందరో భక్తులు మరణిస్తే... కిక్కురు మనకూడదు..!*

*చివరికి... విశాఖలో రెండు లక్షల కిలోల గో మాంసం పట్టుబడినా ... ఏమి తెలియనట్టుగా అన్నీ మూసుకొని ఉండాలి ..!*
