As a Private Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, building relationships, providing solutions, and closing deals with potential clients. You will be the face of Blue Arrow, spreading our mission and values to simplify business management and drive company growth!
Your role will be a mix of networking, qualifying, pitching, and problem-solving, as you build lasting relationships with businesses from different industries and leverage your natural charm and charisma to win them over.
To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for sales, deep business knowledge and a knack for problem-solving. You should also have excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
What you will do:
• Develop relationships and build trust with clients
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to help them grow their businesses
• Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build your professional network
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive growth and revenue
What you need:
• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Excellent communication skills in Kurdish and Arabic
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets.
