-Welcome
This is a side for the house on Dyngjuvegur 16. The house has nine rooms which are rented out as accommodation for tenants. Rooms are rented out on long-term and short-term basis with a minimum term of three months.
We mainly accommodate young people occupied with studies or work.
-The House
It is a three-story house with two well equipt kitchens, two bathrooms, three lavatories, and a laundry-room with washers and dryers.
The rooms are furnished with beds, desktops, and closets, etc.
-The Neighborhood
The house is based in Laugadalur. A nice and calm neighborhood with Laugadals Park right beside it which contains the botanical garden, Reykjavik Zoo, and endless sports facilities including the great Laugadals pool.
There are multiple grocery shops within a radius of 1 km.
Bus Line 14 runs by the house and the nearest bus stop is 100m from the doorstep.
-Formality
Electricity, water, and heating is included in the rent.
The deposit is 2 months rent paid upon moving in.
Tenants sign a rent agreement with the landlord noting that they will comply with the House Rules which is statet by the landlord.
-Landlords
The house is owned by Jon Svarvarsson and Johanna Eiriksdottir. An Icelandic couple situated in Denmark. They visit the house occasionally on short stays and vacations.
Elias Jonsson and Viktor Jonsson have permanent residence in the house and are house guardians at Dyngjuvegur 16.
