This well appointed property is part of a palatial residence of a noble family set in Piano di Sorrento, a cozy town located in the bay of Naples and a short ride from Sorrento.
The accommodation is fully furnished and spotlessly clean. It consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with an expandable bunk bed for single or double use, a fully furnished kitchen, fitted with new and functional equipment. There are two shower bathrooms and a spacious living-room with a double sofa-bed and a few steps leading to a spacious, beautiful terrace, overlooking the stunning gulf of Sorrento. The islands of Ischia, Procida and the bay of Naples are just across.
The apartment is located on the 3rd (and last) floor of the building and has just been tastefully renovated recently. It is a short walk from the town centre and from the bus stop from where you can take the public buses to the neighbor resorts.
Access to the building is through a garden appointed with chairs and table for relaxation and al fresco meals and, on the opposite side, there is a parking space.
Paiano di Sorrento is 4 kilometres away from Sorrento in the very heart of the peninsula of Sorrento. A grocery and other shops are located nearby the flat, the 17th century church Santissima Trinità is 100 mt. away. The Circumvesuviana train station is 1 km away. One can get ferries to the islands and other resorts on the bay from Sorrento port (5 km).
