The house is designed by famous Italian master Vico Magistretti. It has
several apartments in elegantly designed building. The house has direct
access to sea and parking area. In the front of the house there is charming seaside walkway and direct
access by elevator to the beach. The beautiful sand beach is in two
parts: One fully serviced private one to your use or public one which is

The house is 130 m2 and it is in top floor of the building allowing
beautiful views over Ligurian sea. You enter the house trough small
private garden giving quiet and elegant entrance to the house. House has
