The Atelier project develops an existing building that has served as an architecture studio for many years. With the growth of Castlunger Homes and the relocation to a new site, the opportunity arose to preserve the structure and create two apartments for the next generation.

The design relies on precise interventions rather than a full reinterpretation. New roof geometries structure the interior spaces and reveal their organization externally. A continuous larch timber skin wraps the building, defining a clear, monolithic volume.

This results in two distinct living environments sharing the same architectural attitude: reduced, material-driven, and closely connected to the alpine context.

La sfida di questo progetto è stata trasformare la casa e il contesto circostante in qualcosa di nuovo e contemporaneo.

Villa Dipinto è un luogo dove lusso e natura si fondono armoniosamente – un rifugio per chi desidera vivere all’interno di una vera opera d’arte, una sinfonia tra paesaggio e architettura. 🎨🌿

Versteckt zwischen den sanften Hügeln von Torri del Benaco liegt die Villa Dipinto, ein modernes architektonisches Meisterwerk, das als lebendige Galerie konzipiert ist.
Die Herausforderung dieses Projekts bestand darin, das Haus und die Umgebung in etwas Neues und Zeitgemäßes zu transformieren.

Villa Dipinto ist ein Ort, an dem Luxus und Natur harmonisch miteinander verschmelzen – ein Rückzugsort für diejenigen, die inmitten eines lebendigen Kunstwerks leben möchten, einer Symphonie aus Landschaft und Architektur. 🎨🌿
