Mattia è il nostro "Outsider".
Non arriva dal mondo immobiliare e proprio per questo guarda ogni cosa con occhi nuovi, facendo le domande che gli altri hanno smesso di farsi e portando al team un punto di vista diverso.
Con schiettezza.
Ha iniziato come elettricista, dove ha imparato che tutto ciò che funziona parte da fondamenta fatte bene. Poi il food & beverage, e soprattutto il vino, gli hanno insegnato la pazienza: un grande vino non si improvvisa, ha bisogno di tempo, di terra giusta e di qualcuno che sappia aspettare. È lo stesso sguardo con cui oggi segue le persone e i progetti qui. Vive a Colfosco e nel tempo libero si allena: è lì che ritrova la costanza che lo accompagna anche al lavoro.

Mattia is our “Outsider”.
He doesn’t come from the real estate world, and that’s exactly what makes his perspective different. He looks at things with fresh eyes, asks the questions others may have stopped asking, and brings a new point of view to the team.
Straightforward.
He started out as an electrician, where he learned that everything that works well begins with solid foundations. Then came food & beverage, and above all wine, which taught him patience: a great wine cannot be rushed. It needs time, the right soil and someone who knows how to wait.
It’s the same perspective he now brings to the people and projects he works with at Castlunger Real Estate.
He lives in Colfosco and spends his free time training, that’s where he finds the consistency that also guides him in his work.
