Casa Giulia, Carate Urio: vasca idromassaggio riscaldata, palestra privata, giardino e terrazze vista lago. Arredo e valorizzazione sono stati in parte a nostro carico, con un accordo su misura trovato con il proprietario.
Non è casa nostra. È una delle case che gestiamo — e in cui abbiamo investito insieme al proprietario. 🏡
Quando crediamo in una casa e c’è la sinergia giusta, ci investiamo anche noi: l’obiettivo è un ritorno più alto per entrambi, non solo una commissione.

Casa Giulia, Carate Urio, Lake Como: heated hot tub, private gym, garden and lake-view terraces. Furnishing and styling were partly funded by us too, through a tailored deal with the owner.
When we believe in a property and the fit is right, we put in capital as well — the goal is a bigger return for both sides, not just a commission.
