Ebbene, succede anche questo.
Oggi mi arriva una pec, in pausa pranzo che leggo con molto stupore: un broker che, a quanto pare, ora fa anche saldi a stralcio nella zona, mi manda una revoca di un mandato. Mi scrive che il cliente ha ritenuto di non proseguire con il mio studio di consulenza e che avrei dovuto dare a lui i documenti, affermando, anche, che il compenso del mio incarico iniziale andasse ridotto perchè non avessi fatto neanche una proposta alla banca (incarico, che a quanto pare ha letto e non capito) senza alcun riferimento nè fattivo nè normativo (evidentemente per fare il fenomeno con il cliente gli ha detto ciò che conveniva sentire... Montecchio è una piazza particolare dove sono transitati soggetti di tutti i tipi).
Ora, preciso quanto è necessario: la fiducia è una bella cosa, data a un professionista è una cosa preziosa e non va sprecata.
Questa famiglia di indiani si era rivolta prima a un noto avvocato della zona specializzato in pratiche di cittadinanza, improvvisatosi, ora, anche lui nei saldi a stralcio con risultati da "rivedere". Il gestore di Amco mi disse che invio' l'antiriciclaggio dell'offerta il giorno dell'asta (non capendo nulla sul procedere) e gli fece perdere due lotti. Ora, in corso di valutazione e risoluzione già tracciata, si sono rivolti a soggetto terzo senza spiegare quale motivi li portassero a voler cambiare guida professionale e perdendo tempo e denaro inutilmente in quanto già sapevamo cosa fare, bastava solo aspettare e ora dovranno pagarmi anche il compenso perchè si sono fatti traviare senza ragionare, strozzati da una fretta non necessaria. Non si può procedere in questi termini senza creare gravi danni e gravi conseguenze economiche e umanitarie: è necessario regolamentare il settore, come dico da tempo e soprattutto, per tutti gli stranieri, una figura di riferimento che parli la lingua e si ponga come interprete ed eviti truffe seriali. Oggi c'è gente che si occupa di risalcimento danni e dichiarazione dei redditi che fanno saldi e stralcio, perfino calzolai che si improvvisano consulenti alle aste (QUALCUNO HA DIRETTAMENTE INCASSATO TFR RIMANENDO IMPUNITO). L'unica competenza in materia è data da un'esperienza comprovata: la sottoscritta, per chi non lo sapesse, ha 15 anni solo di aste in 3 associazioni di delegati di notai e 8 come consulente in proprio. Abbiate il coraggio dell'attesa, fino in fondo, ora obbligata dai tempi di AMCO e non dimenticate il nostro motto: "tu per noi sei importante!"

He wrote to me that the client decided not to continue with my consultancy firm and that I should have given him the documents, also stating that the fee for my initial assignment should be reduced because I had not even made a proposal to the bank (assignment, which he apparently read and did not understand) without any reference either factual or regulatory (evidently to show off with the client he told him what was worth hearing... Montecchio is a particular place where subjects of all types have passed through).
Now, I will clarify what is necessary: trust is a good thing, given to a professional it is a precious thing and should not be wasted.
This Indian family had first turned to a well-known lawyer in the area who specialized in citizenship practices, who had now also improvised in the sale by settlement with results to be "reviewed". Today there are people who deal with damage compensation and tax returns who do balances and write-offs, even shoemakers who improvise as consultants at auctions (SOMEONE HAS DIRECTLY COLLECTED TFR WITHOUT BEING UNPUNISHED). The only expertise in the matter is given by proven experience: the undersigned, for those who do not know, has 15 years of auctions only in 3 associations of notary delegates and 8 as a consultant on her own.
