This Mediterranean style apartment is set on the seafront promenade of a sandy beach in the gulf of Gaeta with its edge on the Natural Reserve of Gaeta with stunning panoramic walking/cycling paths on the sea and antique roman ruins. Gaeta Gulf Waterfront offers a refuge only an hour train away from the heart of Rome, and Naples-Pompeii. Please consider that there are dozens of additional interesting genuine Italian sites to visit away from conventional tourist paths nearby… such as Caserta, Sperlonga, Gaeta, Terracina, Cassino, etc. The apartment offers vacation visitors an escape with its lush garden, its airy, bright rooms and broad balcony overlooking the nature and the sea. Gaeta Gulf Waterfront it’s at the middle of the picturesque Gulf of Gaeta, that includes 3 medieval towns within a radial of approx. 15 km: Gaeta, Formia and Minturno, with its ancient Roman ruins, medieval down towns and castles, ancient churches and shops, bars, trattoria, restaurants, pizzeria and the traditional homemade ice-cream shops. Gaeta Gulf Waterfront is perfect for intimate holidays, family reunions, celebrations and group vacations, and is the ideal place to spend a serene, peaceful holiday, within day-trip distance of Rome or Naples, but with none of the noise and chaos of the cities. The accessibility of the train makes Gaeta Gulf Waterfront an excellent home base for exploration of the entire area, without having to deal with city traffic. There is also a private parking area for 1 car. This finely fitted apartment is fully equipped of everything you may need to enjoy your stay. You will find air conditioning and heating system in all the rooms, TV, balcony, domotic system in every room. Our guests favorite area is the living room connected to the balcony, equipped with a seating area, local flowers, and the enchanting views of a the sea. Sipping a bottle of the good Italian wine, is the best way to enjoy the sunset overlooking the sea or to have breakfast under the Italian warm weather most days of the year. The apartment is approx. 95sm. In the apartment you can find a large living room (with sofa with the remote control to lower or raise, TV, large dining table, full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large oven, microwave, fridge and freezer) connected to the balcony with a lovely table overlooking the Mediterranean sea and perfect to admire sunsets. In the entrance there is also laundry and the bathroom with the shower. Wi-Fi Internet connection * With a web pocket device available upon request. It's perfect to be carried during your day visits out of the house, however, it has limited traffic and band. up 3Gb navigation costs 20€. It is good enough to download emails, social networks, exchange files and chat. Not very suitable to watch movies on-line and videos on youtube. The night area has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The master bedroom connected to the balcony has a large double bed, a large window, wardrobe room and in suite bathroom with the large shower. The second bedroom has 4 single beds (large and comfortable).
