The villa is surrounded by wonderful views of the Sibillini and Grand Sasso Mountain ranges. The verandahs overlook the swimming pool (5ft deep) which sits between the main house and Pigsty. There are sun loungers, teak table and chairs to seat 8 and a large gas BBQ. There is ample parking for cars. The house is situated down a gravel road. Coast/Beach
We are a 40 minute drive to beaches. There are lovely restaurants and bars on the beautiful sandy beaches of the Adriatic Sea. All the resorts along the east coast are easily accessible. Further north near Ancona is the famous Conero peninsula which features a national park and unspoilt coastline. Skiing

How to get there
The villa is 1.5 hours drive from either Ancona or Pescara airport. These are well served by Ryan Air with daily flights from Stansted. You can also get flights to Rome, Pisa, Naples, Venice with most airlines and the villa is between 3-4 hours drive from those places but it makes a lovely add-on. We often fly in to one airport and out of another. All airports serve most car rental companies. Distances
Comunanza is a 10 minute drive and has good restaurants, shops, chemists, bars, post office, bank/cashpoint and grocery stores. Ascoli Piceno is a beautiful historic town and it is a 25 minute drive. Beaches are 40 minutes by car. Rome 3 hrs, Florence 3 hrs, Venice 4 hrs. The train network is good also and you can easily go to any of these places by train from Ancona. Location Type:
