In the splendid setting of the Itria Valley, surrounded by vineyards, Trulli di Bacco will offer relaxation, nature, and tradition. A complex of cones and local stone lamias, furnished in style. The four apartments are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom with shower, veranda, barbecue, heating, and fireplace. The structure is located just a few kilometers from the most beautiful tourist destinations

in Puglia: Locorotondo, Cisternino, Ostuni, Martina Franca, Fasano, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, and the splendid beaches of Savelletri, Torre Canne, and Rosamarina. Guests can easily reach the Fasano Zoosafari, the Coastal Dune Park, the Park of Rock Settlements, the Museum of Egnazia, the fortified farmhouses, the Castellana Caves, and the baroque architecture of Martina Franca.

A little gift from our olive trees 🫒
Every year, we harvest the olives from our trees by hand, take them to the local Frantoio where they press and bottle the oil.
It's hard work, but it's also one of our favourite traditions. A way to stay connected to this land, its rhythms and the simple beauty of Puglian life 🌳
Each bottle of olive oil we offer our guests carries a little piece of this story: our trees, our harvest, our hands, and a lot of love 🥹🧡

Our first days of summer in Puglia 🇮🇹
The last few weeks have been a whirlwind 🤍 Between welcoming our guests, organizing activities, celebrating special moments with friends (Julien turned 40 🥳), receiving family, and continuing to make Trulli di Bacco even more beautiful… life has been wonderfully busy 🤩 This place keeps growing, changing and filling with stories, and we're so grateful to share this adventure with all of you.

Here’s everything that’s happening lately 🤍
We’ve been a little quiet here…but behind the scenes, everything has been moving. From building our company in Italy 🇮🇹 to planting hundreds (okay… thousands) of plants 🌿 to shaping the garden, creating new spaces, and welcoming our very first guests of the season. Yes all of that at the same time 🥹 It’s been intense, messy, exciting… and so worth it 🧡
Season 3 is officially on and we can’t wait to share more of it with you !
