What will happen in Milan in 2022? Prices will rise again!

Milan recorded one of the most impressive rises in Italy: 4.2% up.

More generally, in 2022 prices will grow in most districts. Record highs in North of Loreto, strongest rises in the suburbs. The only exceptions, with a negative sign, are the very central Palestro area (-2.9%) and the Maggiolina district (which will lose 2.4% points).

Milan is the most modern city in Italy. Milan is a business and financial center and also is one of the world capital of fashion, art and design.
Every year Milan hosts major global events such as Fashion Week and the design week known as "Salone Internazionale del Mobile", one of the most important exhibitions and worldwide networking events for designers.
And in 2026 Milan will host Olympic Winter Games!
Milan is also one of the major university centres in Italy and in Europe, with students from all over the world coming to live and study in the well known universities such as Statale, Luigi Bocconi University, Università Cattolica, Politecnico, Bicocca and Istituto Marangoni.
Though Milan is smaller then other major European cities, in recent years Milan started to strongly grow economically, redeveloping urban areas, and being able to attract more real estate investors becoming so more cosmopolitan and more international.
The location of Milan is very strategic and convenient and the infrastructures itself are very developed.
