🇮🇹 Ieri si è tenuto l’Open House per professionisti in questo splendido appartamento in zona Maggiolina.
Sapete di cosa si tratta?
È un evento nel quale un’agenzia che ha un incarico in esclusiva apre le porte dell’immobile ai colleghi delle altre agenzie con le quali collabora, in modo da mostrargli la casa.
Quest’azione è ciò che io definisco una delle “frecce al nostro arco”.
È un potente strumento di marketing con il quale si massimizza la sinergia lavorativa con i colleghi professionisti, in modo che ai proprietari di una casa possano arrivare anche tutti i clienti delle altre agenzie, pur mantenendo sempre un unico referente di fiducia.

Do you know what it is?
It is an event in which an agency that has an exclusive assignment opens the doors of the property to colleagues from the other agencies with which it collaborates, in order to show them the house.
This action is what I define as one of the “arrows on our bow”.
It is a powerful marketing tool with which working synergy with professional colleagues is maximized, so that all the clients of other agencies can also reach the owners of a house, while always maintaining a single trusted contact.
