An increasing amount of fake offers/ scams is worrying us in the Milanese Real Estate Market. We came across plenty of fake accounts posting in groups about fictional apartments, scamming innocent people with good believe out of their hard earned money.
A common scam can be identified by a very short Facebook history, only one/ two profile pictures, often with plenty of people in the picture making it impossible to identify the person. In addition a very common practice is that they inform you that they "recently moved abroad" and will "send you the keys for money", but there are also more sophisticated robbers out there.
