Casa Losito is located in the heart of the historic center of Naples, with its 4 balconies overlooking a beautiful square and the famous Via Dei Tribunali, at the center of all points of cultural interest.
Just a stone's throw from the house you will find the Cathedral of Naples, the Treasure of San Gennaro, San Gregorio Armeno, Underground Naples, the Veiled Christ and the enchanting squares, churches and museums in the area.
The Central Station and the Port of Naples are only 800 meters away, the airport is 5 km away.
Brand new and with attention to the smallest details, with keyless self check-in system, new soundproofed windows, latest generation DAIKIN air conditioners and central heating system, digital safe, Casa Losito can accommodate up to 6 people (plus a cot ) in an environment steeped in art, history and technology for about 105 square meters.
As soon as you enter Casa Losito you will find a comfortable living space with workstation and free Gigabit WI-FI connection (on the desk you will also find a MacBook) and one of the four lovely balconies where you can have breakfast with a view of the wonderful little square below set up with bars, restaurants and bistro.
To the right you will find the kitchen, fully equipped with SMEG appliances (toaster, kettle and coffee machine), SAMSUNG microwave oven and dishwasher. Above the induction hob is a wonderful large motorized window which also overlooks the square. Continuing on, you will find a small corridor that leads to the two bathrooms: one complete with toilet, bidet, sink, shower and washing machine and a service one with toilet and sink.
Going along the corridor to the left of the entrance you will find the living room (bedroom 2) with a comfortable king size sofa bed with a 20cm mattress and a SAMSUNG THE FRAME 50" TV which will show you the works of art during your stay best museums in the world, two wonderful terraces overlooking the square and the charming and historic Via Dei Tribunali.
If necessary, this room can be transformed into a more than comfortable bedroom. In fact, the sofa bed with a 160x200cm mattress measuring 20cm high was chosen just for this eventuality. Furthermore, in the same room, in addition to a service closet where you can find everything you need to wash and iron your things, you will find a nice wardrobe to house your personal clothes.
Continuing along the corridor you come to the large bedroom furnished with a 160x200cm double bed with a 24cm high mattress and a sofa bed with 2 single beds where two adults can sleep comfortably. For the little ones, if necessary, we also provide a cot and a high chair in the kitchen.
This room is very large and offers two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a new generation 49” SAMSUNG TV.
The whole house is located on the first floor of a building without a lift.
