The house is an historical building dating back to the thirties, made of granite and totally renovated in 2013. We are 5 minutes walk from the town centre and 10 minutes walk from the lift system, used for skiing in the Winter and hiking / mountain biking in the Summer. 2 bedrooms

Passo Tonale, Gavia, Stelvio, Mortirolo, Aprica and Vivione are some of the local famous passes for road biking. Over 500km of trails for Mountain Biking. Via Ferrata and rock climbing locally and in the Brenta Dolomites, 1 hour drive . Rafting and Kayaking 40 minutes drive on the River Noce.
