It is an ancient Tuscan Hamlet made from local stone surrounded by Olives groves and Vineyards and in spectacular panoramic views across the surrounding countryside. We have carefully renovated the ancient buildings to create 6 individual apartments, each with its own character keeping many original features. 🌿 Small steps, big changes at Podere Piana ✨
If you’ve been following our journey for a while, you already know: we just can’t sit still! Every single year, we pick a corner of our estate and roll up our sleeves to make it even more beautiful and welcoming for our guests.

This year, it was time to upgrade the barbecue and pergola area! 🔨🔥

If you saw our previous video, you know it was giving major "Wasteland of Mordor" vibes 🙈... but just look at it now! We’ve redesigned the layout, laid down the new stone pathway, and prepped the ground.

Now, we just need a little bit of patience and for the grass to do its magic. Can you imagine how beautiful it’s going to look when it’s fully green?

We honestly can’t wait to see you all grilling, laughing, and relaxing out here during those warm summer nights.

🌿 Piccoli grandi passi a Podere Piana ✨
Chi ci segue da un po’ lo sa: non riusciamo proprio a stare fermi! Ogni anno scegliamo un angolo del nostro podere e ci mettiamo al lavoro per renderlo ancora più bello, accogliente e speciale per i nostri ospiti.

Quest’anno è toccato alla zona barbecue e al pergolato! 🔨🔥

Adesso manca solo l’ultimo tocco magico: un pizzico di pazienza e l’erba che cresce. Riuscite a immaginarlo quando sarà tutto completamente verde? 🪵💚

🌿 Spoiler: growing a lawn is not as poetic as it looks in movies...

We really thought growing grass here at Podere Piana would be a walk in the park. A few seeds, some water, and boom... instead, we accidentally summoned the Wasteland of Mordor! 🌋😂
