Conditions
• Minimum 4 nights stay. Families with children under 5y can unfortunately not rent, due to stairs. No smokers. No pets. Deposition required.

About our apartment
Welcome to “Terrazza Riva”, a newly refurbished, modern, light style apartment. The apartment is overlooking the sea, with a large private rooftop terrace.
It is a duplex on 2nd and 3rd floor, with living room, kitchen, balcony, 3x bedrooms and 2x bathrooms downstairs, and terrace upstairs.
A total of 7 beds in three bedrooms; a) one queen size double bed, b) one bunk bed full size for two people, c) two regular beds and one slightly smaller (80x180cm).
Aircondition.
The upstairs roof terrace is large with both dining table, sunbeds, and a lounge sofa area. The downstairs balcony is perfect for morning coffee.
The entrance stairs and the stairs to the terrace are a bit steep. The apartment is not suitable for children under 5y age.

About Riva Ligure
Riva Ligure is a beautiful ancient village in between San Remo and Imperia, in Liguria. Riva Ligure enjoys beautiful beaches, a nice little boat harbour, several very good restaurants and cafés, and good merchants for groceries. The best coffee and brioche you get from Café Metropolitan right outside our entrance.
Riva Ligure is an authentic Italian village, especially appreciated by weekenders from Milan and Turin.

About the area – Riviera del Ponente, Liguria
The area around Riva Ligure has many opportunities. Lots of adventures and sights are just around the corner, such as Bussana Vecchia, Sanremo, Cervo, Badalucco, and more.
Plenty of beaches within walking distance in Riva Ligure, Santo Stefano and Arma di Taggia.
Pista ciclabile del Ponente ligure - the old rail track has been converted into a fantastic cycle track between Imperia in the west to Ospedaletti in the west. All-in-all 30km, right by the sea.

Travel
Riva Ligure is located right between Sanremo and Imperia.
Closest train station is Stazione Taggia Arma, 3,5 km away.
Closest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur in France, 1h away by car.
