This holiday home is for rent. The house is in the Veneto region of Italy on the private island of Albarella (about 60 Km from Venice). The garden leads down to the sea, golf is very close (about 5 minutes with bicycle), sailing, horse riding etc.. The house is 60 m² and consists of living room and kitchen, upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with bunk beds) and a bathroom. The house itself is equipped to a very high standard, including air conditioning, satellite TV, CD player etc.. For our guests there is also a small rowing boat available (free of charge)! Il giardino della villetta è direttamente sul mare. Ideale per gli amanti del golf e per le vacanze in famiglia. Se doveste essere interessati: la villetta ha in tutto 60 m² su due piani. Al piano inferiore si trovano il soggiorno e la cucina - al piano superiore una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera con un letto a castello (per due bambini) e un bagno.
