Bella Vista Villa sits on top of a hill 400 metres above sea level overlooking the village of Bolognetta giving you 360 degrees of stunning views of the surrounding villages and sea.

The villa has been built in a typical Sicilian style with an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen and 1 double bedroom downstairs with adjacent toilet and sink. Upstairs you will find 2 twin rooms, a family bathroom and a balcony terrace.

The front of the villa has a lovely veranda looking out to Palermo bay ideal for al fresco dining while to the side there is a large BBQ area. The villa is surrounded by a large garden of mediterrian plants and boasts its own swimming pool measuring 5 metres by 11 metres, with an outside bar and stools for that pre-dinner drink. There are also 6 sunbeds and 2 large sun shades and an outside shower and toilet have been added for your convenience.

The village of Bolognetta is within a 3 minute drive and here you will find resturants, a post office, bank, pharmacies and supermarkets.

Palermo the busy capital of Sicily is 23km drive along with the beach resort of Mondello. Cefalu, a thriving seaside resort with its bars, resturants and beaches is only a 40 minute drive away, here you will also find The Cathedral-Basilica of Cefalù dating from 1131 and sitting high overlooking the town.

A short drive from Bolognetta is the village of Corleone famous for the mafia and depicted in the film The Godfather. There are many places to visit in sicily and for those who love ancient history the ruins of Agrigento are a must see.
