Description of the place:
Enchanting Rustico located in the woods halfway up the hill in a perfect corner, sunny from dawn to dusk. The residence was built on part of an ancient fortress, dating back to around the year 1100. All built in stone and beams, with sturdy walls that give an always tempered environment. The main body is 3 storeys, entrance hall, kitchen, a rotunda-fireplace, bathroom, and living room with an ancient angled cockpit where clear spring water flows. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, and a rear exit to the garden. On the second floor 2 bedrooms and a living room with a high ceiling, plus the possibility of a third floor under the beam. Then to the side the rustic continues with 2 other large apartments, both composed of large living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The swimming pool surrounds an ancient medieval tower; At its base spring water flows with which it is filled every year. Around the house, large gardens, a beautiful parking lot, woods and paths, and on the back an ancient church that dominates the house, where a mass is held every summer. A place immersed in nature and tranquility, halfway between 2 villages (15min each walk), 10km from Conegliano and Vittorio Veneto, right in the Prosecco hills, recently a UNESCO heritage. The few photos inserted here can only make an idea of the environment, but the place and the unique location cannot be described, it is necessary to visit in person!
