Located in the historic center, on the second floor of an old building of the seventeenth century. It is a charming and quiet studio with every comfort: a double bed, a sofa bed, bathroom with shower and bidet, kitchenette, fridge, air conditioned and ceil fan. It is a very charming studio, located in the heart of the historic center of Terracina. Comfortable location to reach Sperlonga, Gaeta and all the beautiful beaches between them. There you can smell the history of the ancient Romanian Empire and admire the beautiful Italy landscapes. In the summer someone will be always present in another house 200mt far from there. In the winter a web of collaborator can offer assistance for any problem as well as me. The town square offers a unique view on the city of Terracina and the beach landscape. In the summer a lot of events take place both in the town square and in the dock. There are some available place to park the car, some buses and the ferries to reach the beautiful islands in front of Terracina: Ponza, Palmarola and Ventotene. The house accommodates two people comfortably, but offers a sofa bed that can accommodate other two people.
