Ideal for young couples or large families, a nice home for companies of friends that can host from 2 to 7 people in regular beds and 2 other people on single beds in the attic. There are four bedrooms: three double rooms to suit your needs (one of them can be set in one room with two single beds) and a single room with a french size bed. The ground floor bathroom has shower, toilet and washbasin;
the first floor bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and washing machine. Linen and towels included. On request, a cot for children. There is a dining room with Venetian-style lounge, stereo and tv. A small kitchen has sink, stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and all necessary dishes, glasses, cups, etc. In the pantry we prepared for you fresh fruit, biscuits, croissants and juices. Our apartment is close to the touristic paths but, at the same time, it is located in a very quiet area in the heart of Venice. It is just 5 minutes far from Rialto traditional market and Ponte degli Scalzi. Easy to reach: 10 minutes from Piazzale Roma
(parking) and Santa Lucia train station and 2 minutes from "Crea" vaporetto stop. Ideal for those who love museums (from Peggy Guggenheim collection to Cà Pesaro exhibition), and for Biennale visitors. Excursions to the islands are very beautiful: Murano is famous for glass, Burano is known for lace. We wait for our guests at Piazzale Roma or Santa Lucia train station and we will take them personally into the apartment. Opportunity to welcome guests also to the airport upon request.
