From Maryland to Horizon West. 🏡

What started with a YouTube video, a phone call, and a video tour from Charlie quickly turned into a trip to Florida—and a home they fell in love with.

One of our favorite parts of this business is helping families make big moves feel a little less overwhelming. Being there to guide buyers through the process, especially from out of state, is a responsibility we never take lightly.

Cool Kids Summer is back, and if you have little ones, you know how much fun this is. ☀️🎉

One of the things we love about living in the Orlando area is getting to enjoy events like this without feeling like we have to squeeze it all into one vacation. We can pop over for a few hours, let the kids explore, dance, play, and make memories, then head home at the end of the day.

Watching the excitement of studying the map, picking the next stop, and soaking in all the special activities is half the fun. ❤️

One of the most important parts of buying new construction happens right before closing.

The final walkthrough is a chance to make sure questions are answered, promised items are completed, and buyers feel confident before getting the keys.

A beautiful sunset, a bucket of golf balls, and a little time to unwind at Clermont National. ⛳️

It’s easy to focus on homes and neighborhoods, but the lifestyle is what really makes a place feel like home. Nights like this are a pretty good reminder.

📍Central Florida Fun Fact:

You don’t have to stay at a Disney resort to enjoy many of them.

Whether you’re dining at a resort restaurant, sharing a meal with friends, or arriving via Disney transportation, the resorts offer a chance to explore beautiful grounds, unique themes, and experiences that many visitors never see.

While filming content at one of the resorts, I was reminded how many little perks of living here become part of everyday life.

It’s one of those things that doesn’t always make the “Top 10 Reasons to Move to Orlando” list—but maybe it should.

A lot of buyers assume their only option with new construction is picking a lot and waiting months for the home to be completed.

But sometimes an unexpected opportunity pops up.

Last week we toured a quick move-in home that became available when the original buyer’s plans changed. Those situations can create great opportunities for buyers who want a brand-new home without the long wait—and sometimes with incentives attached.

It’s always fun when we can help clients uncover options they didn’t even know were available.
