Quรฉrรฉe Property Consultants Ltd is an established and growing firm of RICS-regulated Chartered Surveyors specialising in commercial agency, valuation, professional services, and estate management.
Due to the continued expansion of our estate management portfolio, we are seeking an organised, proactive and commercially minded Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Jersey.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career in commercial property within a dynamic and respected property consultancy.

The successful candidate will assist in day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, working closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, professional advisers and the wider team within Quรฉrรฉe Property Consultants.
Key responsibilities will include:
โข Tenant liaison and relationship management
โข Lease management and compliance
โข Service charge administration and budgeting
โข Management and tendering of maintenance and service contracts
โข Overseeing facilities management, planned preventative maintenance and repairs
โข Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance
โข Property inspections and reporting
โข Supporting the wider agency and consultancy team where required

We are looking for someone who is:
โข Professional, personable and highly organised
โข Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
โข Confident in communicating with clients, tenants and contractors
โข Robust literary and mathematical skills
โข Strong attention to deal
โข Self-motivated and capable of working independently
โข We are keen to hear from candidates who hold at-least 3 A-levels (or equivalent higher education qualifications) and who have experience working within the commercial property industry.
Some knowledge of Jersey legislation and RICS best practice would be advantageous, although training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
