Due to the continued expansion of our estate management portfolio, we are seeking an organised, proactive and commercially minded Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Jersey.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career in commercial property within a dynamic and respected property consultancy.

The successful candidate will assist in day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, working closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, professional advisers and the wider team within Quรฉrรฉe Property Consultants.

Key responsibilities will include:

โ€ข Tenant liaison and relationship management
โ€ข Lease management and compliance
โ€ข Service charge administration and budgeting
โ€ข Management and tendering of maintenance and service contracts
โ€ข Overseeing facilities management, planned preventative maintenance and repairs
โ€ข Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance
โ€ข Property inspections and reporting
โ€ข Supporting the wider agency and consultancy team where required

๐—”๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜ ๐—ฌ๐—ผ๐˜‚

We are looking for someone who is:

โ€ข Professional, personable and highly organised
โ€ข Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
โ€ข Confident in communicating with clients, tenants and contractors
โ€ข Robust literary and mathematical skills
โ€ข Strong attention to deal
โ€ข Self-motivated and capable of working independently
โ€ข We are keen to hear from candidates who hold at-least 3 A-levels (or equivalent higher education qualifications) and who have experience working within the commercial property industry.

Some knowledge of Jersey legislation and RICS best practice would be advantageous, although training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
