Due to our significant growth in the property management portfolio, we are delighted to welcome Tasha Powell and Lisa De La Haye to the D2 team. Tasha will be working in the finance team, whilst Lisa joins administration and facilities management.

Tasha has worked in the finance sector for over 15 years, particularly in private equity. She has a strong understanding of business systems and general accountancy and is IAB qualified.

Lisa handles general administration, supports the facilities management team and is working towards taking on her own portfolio. Lisa has extensive experience working in the corporate industry focusing on operational roles, health, and safety, and developing policies and procedures.

We had such a great time out in the sun this weekend completing the relay of the Guernsey Marathon 2024. It's such a great community event and it was brilliant to see so many lining the streets to support.

Huge thanks go to Anna Harris-Evans for stepping in. The result was an improvement on last year's time, so a big well done to the rest of the team too: Olie Dorman, James Birley, Steve Martel & Chris Hamilton.

If you have excellent communication skills, are organised and enjoy working in close-knit teams, this could be the role for you.

You will need to be a fast learner with a friendly can-do attitude, able to manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships.

Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, you will provide an effective facilities service to clients and occupiers, work with third-party suppliers, undertake inspections and prepare quarterly management reports.
