We’re delighted to announce that our newest Surveyor Clare Richmond has this month obtained her full chartership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) along with her RICS Registered Valuer status.

Clare has a degree in Building Surveying and is already a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Building (COIB), she joined the team at Wills Surveyors in May 2024 working on the project management side of the business.

Clare offers clients a deep understanding of building renovations, project management, and defect diagnosis along with a passion for delivering innovative solutions and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards, bringing a wealth of experience to every project.
