Running every Tuesday and Thursday lunchtime until 24th September, these free outdoor wellness sessions offer the perfect opportunity to move, unwind and recharge by the waterfront.

Location: Marina Gardens (Above Waterfront Car Park)

Pilates: Every Tuesday
12:15 PM – 1:00 PM

Yoga: Every Thursday
1:00 PM – 1:45 PM

There is no need to book. Simply turn up and join in.

Please remember to bring a mat or towel, water and sunscreen. Sessions may be cancelled in unsuitable weather conditions, so keep an eye on our social channels for updates.
