The kitchen was designed with many storage and useful features, built with German wood and hinges and fitted with a 3 cm-thick quartz top and high quality well-known brand equipment, including a large fridge/freezer unit, dishwasher and water cooling/heating unit, full gas freestanding cooker unit with a spacious oven. For safety and convenience purposes, we moved the gas cylinders storage out of the apartment to a private locked closet on the roof.

Located in the heart of Amman a secure and quiet residential neighborhood, the apartment is situated on the top floor of a new building with a scenic, unobstructed view, featuring a modern design and open living space layout and two master bedrooms.

Al Ain Homes Building was built in 2017, it is located just behind the Prime Ministry on the 4th Circle and across the road from the Russian consulate. The building is located between 2 roads with the main entrance on Moussa Ben Nasir Street while the parking and back entrance to the building are located on Al Andalib Street in a quiet cul-de-sac ensuring limited traffic and hassle-free access to the building parking. The apartment has an assigned parking space and has a guard living on site (guard room located within the parking area).

The apartment totals 188 square meters converted into a spacious open living space, which offers an entrance, living room and kitchen with access to a guest washroom. We converted the once 3-bedroom apartment into two bedrooms – a suite and master bedroom each, with its own bathroom. Meanwhile, the housekeeper room and bathroom were converted into a storage and laundry room with a washer/dryer machine and a service sink.

The apartment features an underfloor heating system that was upgraded to three distinct zones so that each of the rooms and living space can be kept at a desired temperature. Furthermore, the apartment is fitted with split Air Conditioning units for each of the rooms as well as the living space. The electric wiring was upgraded to the highest and safest standards. The building is TV/Radio Satellite ready, so simply plug your receiver unit and you are ready to go. The apartment also has a fiber internet connection with one of the best internet providers in Jordan.

The water supply is pressurized and runs through a double RO system enclosed by a specially built key locked closet on the roof protecting the system from weather and tampering; this is to ensure clean soft water for use from any faucet while also protecting from calcified pipes in the future. This will further safeguard against leaks and costly maintenance requirements in the future.

The apartment has 3 water tanks holding up to 6M^3 of water and is connected to the municipal water supply system ensuring one never runs out of water. Alongside the diesel boiler system that runs the underfloor heating system and water heating system with a water storage capacity of 500 Liters, the apartment also has a modern solar water heating system with an electric heating option holding 250 liters of water, additionally an 80 Liter capacity electric water heater is installed inside the apartment. Finally, a filtration system is installed in the kitchen under the sink in order to provide highly purified drinking water and is connected directly to a water cooling/heating unit.
