Orthodox Initiative / المبادرة الأرثوذكسية

Orthodox Initiative / المبادرة الأرثوذكسية Urban Heritage Homes offers beautifully renovated residences in Jabal Amman, blending historical charm with modern comfort.

Each home provides a unique living experience, allowing you to craft your ideal space while embracing the area’s rich heritage. The Orthodox Initiative is a coalition of the Rum (Eastern) Orthodox Church in the Middle East. We represent the church all the way from Antioch (Syria & Lebanon), Cyprus, the Holy City of Jerusalem, all Palestine, & Jordan, to Alexandria (Egypt). Our mission goes hand-in-hand with our moral duty as Christians to help all of God’s children regardless of religion, gender, age, class or ethnic background. We work on a daily basis to support people uprooted by the wars & conflicts of the region, to raise the awareness of these human tragedies, and to qualify the next generation to be future advocates for the human rights of the most vulnerable. We firmly believe that co-existence is required in order for peace to be achieved in the Middle East and throughout the world. The work of the Orthodox Initiative emerges from the vision of His Beatitude Patriarch Theophilos III of the Holy City of Jerusalem, all Palestine, and Jordan. To read more about the founding of the Orthodox Initiative, please visit the About Us page on our website. The Orthodox Initiative strives to be an advocate for the Christian presence in the Middle East. We do so by supporting various ministries including youth development and Syrian refugee relief. All of our work is made possible by generous donors. Visit our website for the whole story and to get involved in offering relief to the Syrian people. www.OrthodoxInitiative.org
