这些年，

我发现一个很有趣的现象。

当我们一直盯着自己没有的东西，
生活好像总有很多不如意；

但当我们开始感恩已经拥有的一切，
很多事情反而慢慢变顺了。

感恩健康，
因为还有机会追逐梦想；

感恩挑战，
因为它让我成长；

感恩身边的人，
因为他们陪我走过高低起伏；

感恩每一次机会，
因为它让我成为今天的自己。

人生未必事事如意，
但我们可以选择用什么心态去面对它。

当你开始感谢生活，

你会发现，
原来幸福一直都在身边；

原来很多美好的事情，
早已悄悄发生。

愿我们都能带着感恩的心，
继续向前走。

我拍下了这张照片。看着夕阳穿过树梢，把金色的光泼洒在草地上，我突然很想把它分享给每一个你。不为别的，只为告诉你

也许你正对着未来的迷茫发呆，又或者你正如那棵树一样，觉得自己正处于人生的“阴影区”。

我想把这张照片送给你，与你我共勉之

1. 允许自己有“背光”的时刻
照片里最美的光，恰恰是逆光拍摄的。生活也是一样，当你觉得阻力最大、眼前最暗的时候，其实是你离“突破”最近的时候。不要害怕暂时的停滞，那是生活在帮你积蓄穿透云层的力量。

2. 不必时刻都要“耀眼”
你看这片草地，它不需要像太阳一样发光，它只需要静静地承接阳光，就能美得如此温柔。这个假期，请允许自己做一个“承接者”。读一本闲书，睡一个懒觉，发一会儿呆。休息不是偷懒，是在为下一次光合作用积攒叶绿素。

3. 万物皆有裂痕，那是光照进来的地方
树叶并不完美，枝干也有曲折，但正是这些不规则，让夕阳有了落脚点。你现在的焦虑、困惑、甚至是不完美，都是你生命独特的纹理。别急着抹平它们，那是你未来讲故事时的伏笔。

Empathy is not a soft skill.
It is a leadership strength.

Honoured to be featured by StarProperty in the Women of Worth special for International Women’s Day under the theme “Rise of Female-Led Culture.”

In the property industry, negotiation is often seen as pressure, persuasion, and pushing for results.

But over the years, I have learned something different.

When you truly listen, you uncover what is unspoken.
When you lead with empathy, conversations shift from confrontation to collaboration.
And when trust is built, closing becomes natural — not forced.

For too long, women in high-stakes industries were told to become tougher or louder to compete.

I believe the future of leadership looks different.

It belongs to leaders who understand that influence is not about pressure — it is about presence, empathy and trust.

Grateful to be part of this feature and to stand alongside many inspiring women leaders shaping the future.

March 2025 — I learned Ski ⛷
March 2026 — I learned Snowboard 🏂

If you ask me which one is easier to learn…

Honestly, ski is much easier for beginners.

Snowboarding is more challenging.

You need proper protection — helmet, knee guard, elbow guard… and even butt protection
Because falling is part of the process.

But what I noticed the most was not the falling.

It was the voice inside the mind.
The voice that quickly says:
“Since skiing is easier… why not just ski?”

The giving-up voice always appears very fast.

But this time I told myself something simple:
Since I decided to learn to snowboard, I must complete it.

Step by step.
From the magic carpet…
to finally take the chairlift.
And yes — I managed to learn the basic snowboarding skills.

Not perfect.
But mission completed.

Life is sometimes like this.
The biggest slope is not the mountain.

It is the voice inside us that tells us to stop.

When we move beyond that voice,
we discover a new version of ourselves.

Growth always begins where comfort ends.

One line I shared on stage at Leader Gala night keeps echoing in my mind:

“Your future will never be bigger than your thinking.”

Many people believe results come from effort alone.
But in reality, results always start from thinking.

When we think small,
we protect what we have.

When we think big,
we create what does not yet exist.

For me, this journey has never been about chasing numbers or titles.

What truly drives me is this:
To continue expanding myself,
so I can empower more leaders to rise.

Because when one leader grows,
many lives are impacted.

And when many leaders grow together,
an organisation becomes unstoppable.

Leadership is not about standing in front.

It is about seeing the future first, believing in it, and having the courage to build it together.

这几天在一个课程中，老师送给了我们每人一份特别的礼物,一棵菩提树,我给它名为“智慧之树” (The Wisdom Tree) 的小盆栽。

​看着它心形的叶子，心中升起了一种深深的宁静。
​为什么在谈“钱”的课堂上，要送“树”？
我想，这就是最深的寓意：
金钱是流动的能量，而智慧是承载它的容器。

如果根扎得不够深，心修得不够静，再多的财富也只是一时的过客。

​这也让我反思：作为领袖，作为创业者，我们该如何面对即将过去的 2025？

​无论你我这一年经历了高峰还是低谷，真正的智慧，是学会走完这 5 个步骤：
​1️⃣ 看见 (Acknowledge)：诚实地面对这一年所有的发生，不逃避，不视而不见。
2️⃣ 接纳 (Accept)：停止内耗和抗拒。告诉自己：“是的，这一切都是我生命的一部分。”
3️⃣ 拥抱 (Embrace)：不管结果好坏，去拥抱那个曾经努力过的自己。把经历变成养分，把挫折变成智慧。
4️⃣ 放下 (Let Go)：带走经验，放下情绪。别让过去的包袱，占据了未来的空间。
5️⃣ 翻篇 (Turn a New Page)：深呼吸，这是一个全新的起点。

​智慧之树提醒我：
生命就像这棵树，每一片落叶都是为了新叶的生长。
只有当我们学会了拥抱和放下，才能腾出双手，去接住 2026 年更大的丰盛。

In the rush of year-end, we often forget the most important asset on our balance sheet: The people who stood by us.
Success is never a solo mission.
