❌❌Stomach pain should not eat?❌❌
- Do not use carbonated drinks or coffee, do not drink milk during treatment, instead choose herbal teas, filtered water.
- Do not eat hot spicy spices.
- Do not drink alcohol or smoke.

- Do not use acidic foods.

Not to mention the foods mentioned above take a while. the time it takes to reach the stomach, acid will always be produced while the stomach is empty, inadvertently increasing the amount of acid in the stomach.
- Limit eating foods that are processed, difficult to digest, and contain a lot of salt such as: sausages, sausages, or bacon, cold cuts, sausages, ...
👉 Milk Products.
You may be surprised to learn that at least 65% of the population is lactose intolerant. That means those people have a reduced ability to digest lactose (a type of sugar found in milk). And if you are lactose intolerant, dairy products can cause major digestive problems. Symptoms that will accompany include bloating, indigestion, or abdominal pain and diarrhea. Therefore, whenever you drink milk or eat dairy products and you have other symptoms, remember to stay away from dairy products. When eating red meat into the body will make our body feel more difficult to digest, because animal proteins will often have a high acid content. So when we want to digest these red meats, our body will have to increase the production of these acids in the stomach. The above increase in acidity is of course not good for people with stomach ailments.
👉 Spicy food
Spicy spices will increase the amount of acid in the stomach and will make gastritis worse. Moreover, spicy foods will also irritate the stomach, making the existing inflammation in the stomach become serious and cause ulcers. Therefore, if your stomach is already weak, you should avoid eating foods that are too spicy to better protect your stomach health.
