The Heritage Homes Gifu team, master carpenters, structural engineers, dismantling team and construction managers at our timber workshop in Hida: kick-off for the restoration of an 800 sqm, a former Sake Brewery, now dismantled and moved here from Yamanashi. Now follows 3 months of careful timber restoration, reconfiguration and structural additions before the entire structure is moved down to Yamaguchi where it will be re-built as a multi-generational family residence.
