I know I can always do better.
But as this year began and I took time to reflect, there are still many wins last year to be grateful for ✨

Last year was my first full year in PropNex and it turned out to be my best year so far.

Looking back, these awards weren’t achieved by rushing clients into decisions. They came from doing the exact opposite which was to slow things down, ask the right questions, and helping my clients gain clarity before commitment 🧠

Many who approached me weren’t looking to buy or sell immediately.
They wanted to understand:
❓Where they stand in today’s market
❓The different routes available to them
❓The risks tied to each option
❓And which path is the safest for their long-term objectives

With a clearer picture of both opportunities and risks, clients were able to move forward with confidence.

31 on 31st.

Another year older, and once again celebrating at the very end of the year means a perfect time to reflect. Looking back at the past 12 months, I’m reminded of the lessons that shaped me, the prayers that were quietly answered, and the life I’m now living that I once only hoped for.

One person I’m endlessly grateful for is definitely my wife . For walking beside me every step of the way, praying for me when I was uncertain, keeping me grounded when I drifted, and pushing me to be the best version of myself, even when I doubted it. I truly wouldn’t be here without you.

This year has been one of my best, both personally and career-wise. I achieved things I never imagined I could by 30, and I’m learning that growth often comes from consistency, faith, and the right people beside you.

As I turn 31, I remind myself to stay grounded, stay hungry for growth, stay grateful, and to keep becoming better than yesterday.

Here’s to another year of purpose, growth, and gratitude ❤️‍🔥

I’ve been seeing more educational carousels on Instagram lately, and I thought… maybe it’s time I share one too.

This was a recent case I handled: a unit with a few challenges, a slow market, and lots of buyer questions.
Definitely took a lot of patience, guidance, and the right positioning… but it reminded me why I love what I do.
