We have just had quite strong strong earthquake. Please check "water heater controller" and "heating boiler controller" if your house has those.
They may be giving some kind of error code and stop working due to the earthquake. It usually starts working again after you reset/reboot the system by hitting power button twice.

Due to thunderbolt, some area in Misawa/Oirase had(some of area still having) power outage today.
After power is back on, please check on "water heater controller" if your house has one.
They may be giving some kind of error code and stop working due to power outage. It usually starts working again after you reset/reboot the system by hitting power button twice.

Due to a magnitude 8.7 earthquake near the Kamchatka Peninsula, there is a possibility of a 3-meter tsunami reaching the Pacific coast around 10:30 AM. Please avoid the coastline near Misawa air base.

Dear OTK Renters

Strong earthquake may have activated propane gas shut function. If so, your cooking stove doesn't work. Gas company is getting overwhelming phone calls now due to the problems caused by this morning's strong earthquake.

However, you can reboot the propane gas system on your own. Please check the website link and follow as pictures show. Written in Japanese but translation app would help.
