We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated VR & 360° Video Content Creator to join our local team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality virtual tours and immersive video content using cutting-edge technology, primarily Matterport, to showcase our exclusive portfolio of condominiums and houses.
Chúng tôi là một công ty bất động sản đang phát triển nhanh chóng, tập trung vào các bất động sản cao cấp tại Đà Nẵng. Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một Chuyên viên Sáng tạo Nội dung Video 360° & VR có tay nghề và nhiệt huyết để gia nhập đội ngũ địa phương của chúng tôi. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm sản xuất các chuyến tham quan ảo chất lượng cao và nội dung video sống động bằng công nghệ tiên tiến, chủ yếu là Matterport, để giới thiệu danh mục căn hộ và nhà ở độc quyền của chúng tôi.
📝 Key Responsibilities / Nhiệm Vụ ChínhVR Tour Production (Sản xuất Tour VR): Lead the on-site shooting and production of virtual tours for 10+ properties monthly (condominiums and houses) using Matterport cameras (or equivalent 360° equipment).
Sản xuất và quay chụp tại chỗ các chuyến tham quan ảo cho hơn 10 bất động sản hàng tháng (căn hộ và nhà ở) bằng máy ảnh Matterport (hoặc thiết bị 360° tương đương).
Post-Production (Hậu kỳ): Process, edit, and optimize Matterport data, including creating "Dollhouse View," "Floor Plans," and adding "Mattertags" (information tags) to highlight key features and amenities.
Xử lý, chỉnh sửa và tối ưu hóa dữ liệu Matterport, bao gồm tạo "Chế độ Ngôi nhà búp bê" (Dollhouse View), "Bản vẽ Mặt bằng" (Floor Plans) và thêm các "Thẻ thông tin" (Mattertags) để làm nổi bật các tiện ích và tính năng chính.Video Content (Nội dung Video): Produce professional 360° video content (if required) and standard property highlight videos for marketing across various digital platforms, including our company website and social media channels.

Ensure all content meets our high standards for clarity, lighting, and aesthetic presentation, reflecting the luxury and quality of the property.

✅ Qualifications & Skills / Yêu Cầu Về Trình Độ & Kỹ NăngProven Experience (Kinh nghiệm đã được chứng minh):
Demonstrated experience in 360° photography and video production, specifically for real estate. Prior experience with Matterport is highly preferred.

Expertise in operating 360° cameras, Matterport processing, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Thành thạo trong vận hành máy ảnh 360°, xử lý Matterport và phần mềm chỉnh sửa video (ví dụ: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).Attention to Detail (Chú ý đến Chi tiết):
Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and interior styling for effective property visualization.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle regular content creation and scheduling.

Local Knowledge (Kiến thức Địa phương):
