ナカノホワイトハウスはオープンして3年が経ちました。
11部屋のシェアハウスですが、これまで20か国50名近い方が生活しています。
日本中でコロナウイルスが広がる中、その影響がシェアハウスでもありましたが、シェアハウス内のコミュニケーションや感染した人の正直な報告がとても大事であることを感じました。そのおかげか、今もほぼ満員の状態がキープされています。
コミュニティ目的以外にも、転勤時の住まい、モノをできるだけ所有しない生き方、2拠点での生活など、色々な理由でシェアハウスが選ばれる状況が増えていることを実感します。
現在空き部屋は１つです。お問い合わせはお早めに！

As the covid19 spread throughout Japan, the impact was also in the share house, but I felt that communication within the share house and honest reporting of infected people were very important. Thanks to that, it is still almost full.
In addition to community purposes, I feel that the reasons for choosing a share house are increasing.
Housing at the time of transfer, way of life that does not own things as much as possible, living at two bases, etc.

【シェアハウス日記】
オープンして2年5か月。

コロナの影響で閉鎖になったシェアハウスからの需要が流れてきている模様。

問い合わせが多くても、部屋の数は変わらないので、６名を受け入れられない月でした。

NakanoWhitehouseは、何か共通の目的がある人が集まるシェアハウスというよりは、それぞれの入居者の生活がまずあって、その日常生活の中で自然な交流がある。そんなシェアハウスです。

みんなで過ごす時間もひとりで静かに過ごす時間も大事にできる空間を用意したいと思っています☆

It has been 2 years and 5 months since the share house opened.
It seemed that demand for share houses that had closed due to the influence of COVID-19 is coming here.

We received a lot of inquiries, but we couldn't accept 6 people since the rooms is full.

Nakano White House is not a share house where people with a specific purpose gather.

First of all, each resident is spending their own life. and there is natural communication in their daily lives in NakanoWhitehouse.

【シェアハウス日記】

オープンして2年4か月。

今月はフロリダからの新規入居者が1名。

半年ほど空いていたドミトリールームに、閉鎖になるシェアハウスからの移動先を同沿線上で探していた日本人の方が予約。

コロナの影響で移動がしづらいことから、滞在を延長する入居者もいました。

入居者の希望で、今月から調理器具や食器を全て買い替えました。

滞在者が増え、ゴミ箱がいっぱいになるのが早くなりました。気づいた住人が自主的に玄関先の収集箱に持っていってくれているのはありがたいです。

There was one new resident from Florida this month.

A Japanese person who was looking for a place to move from a closed share house along the same line made a reservation in a dormitory room that had been vacant for about half a year.

One resident extended their stay because it was difficult to move due to the influence of COVID19.

At the request of residents, We replaced all the cooking utensils and tableware from this month.

The number of residents has increased and the trash cans have become full sooner, but it seems that resident who noticed them voluntarily took them to the collection box at the front door.

現在空いている103室は、机やベッド、インターネット環境も整った南向きのお部屋で、新築で建設された物件であることから防音性能も確保されています。中野駅からも徒歩5分であることから、自宅とは別の仕事スペースなどとしても活用いただけたらと考えています。
家賃は57000円/月で光熱費＋ネット費などの共用費をいれても69000円/月で、契約時の初期費用も含めて約10万円、1か月以上の契約から即日住み始める事が可能です。見学も可能です。

11部屋あるシェアハウスの中でも、作業部屋としてセカンドハウス兼仕事場として、借りられている方もいらっしゃいます。

木材は自然素材ならではの温もりや心地よさがあります。
しかしながら都市部で外壁に木材を採用するに至ることは稀です。
今回は、条件が整い、腐らない木材を建物の外壁(一部)に使っています。

半永久的に腐らず、シロアリの被害も起こらないとされる新建材ですが、無塗装の状態で2年間様子を見ていると雨垂れによる汚れが気になり始めました。

高圧洗浄機をレンタルし、週末を半日使っての清掃作業。

高圧の水によってみるみるうちに汚れが除去されるのはとても気持ちが良くストレス解消にもなりました。

3時間ほどの作業で、2年前と変わらない状態に戻りました。
