There are many places in Japan with the name "GINZA," as the term refers to areas around train stations. Every station has its own "○○ Ginza," which simply means a place with a row of shops—it's not referring to the famous Ginza in Tokyo. The share house we're introducing today is located in front of Togoshi Ginza, which is known as one of the longest shopping streets in Tokyo. Even more interesting, just 5 minutes on foot from the edge of Togoshi Ginza, you’ll find another shopping street, Palm Shopping Street, starting. This creates a unique area where around 6 kilometers of shopping streets stretch together. It’s conveniently accessible from the Nanboku Line, Asakusa Line, and Tokyu Ikegami Line, making it easy to get to Shinagawa, Gotanda, and Roppongi. Yet, it still has a distinctly Japanese atmosphere, full of daily delights like hot spring facilities, oden stalls, and standing bars, making it a truly enjoyable place to live.
