A former resident has returned to my share house due to personal circumstances, and I am so happy to welcome him back!
The lively atmosphere is starting to return once again.

In the past, I adjusted the gender balance so women could also move in easily, but at the moment all current residents are men — 4 out of 8 rooms are occupied.

Share House Löwenherz is very welcoming to foreigners, so if you’re interested, feel free to reach out anytime!

Today I replaced several tile carpets in the share house.
The edge tiles require precise cutting, so from now on I’ll regularly replace only the center tiles that can be swapped easily without cutting.
This makes maintenance smoother and keeps the house clean and comfortable for everyone.

The rent is **36,000 yen or 40,000 yen per month**, and **all utilities are included**.
Simple, transparent pricing — **no hidden fees, no extra charges**.

If you're looking for a clean, friendly, and affordable place near Okayama Station, feel free to contact me.
