In Japan, most apartments — even high-end ones — are around 80 sqm.
But is that really enough for a family?
We recently worked with an expatriate family who lived in Osaka for nearly 10 years, raising their two children here.
For them, Japan was not just a place for business.
It was a place to build a life.
This experience made me reflect on what truly defines a home.
City Tower Nishi-Umeda is one of the rare properties in Osaka that offers over 150 sqm, with a layout designed for real family living.
It is not just about size.
It is about how space supports relationships.
I wrote a short perspective on this.
