House Rules

Other Rules

1. Take of your shoes
2. Please read the rules manual for once, there are so many detailed information writtern inside it.
3.No excessive noise especially 10PM onwards.
4.The apartmentis an entirely non-smoking type so please do not smoke in the room.
5. No littering, Please dispose of trash properly.
6. Please don't leave your belongings unattended.
7.Please turn off all appliances when not in use.
8.Please turn the gas off when not in use.
9.Be aware of Fire hazard.
10. Please keep the washing machine clean.
11.After using the Kitchen please wash your dishes and clean up the kitchen by yourself.
12.No pets allowed.
13. don't use the cleaning materials in the right side closet.
14.Please let the staff know if you want to change bedsheets howeveradditional charges will apply.
15. If the guest loses the key he/she will be responsible for paying the key and the lock replacement fee.
16. Before checking out,please take a sheet off and fold your futons up.

* Perfect Location for exploring over Shinsaibashi, Kuromon Market, Osaka Castle, and the Popular Universal Studio Japan.
It is also easily accessible to Kyoto,Nara and anywhere in Kansai.
