🏠 Just moved into a new home in Japan?
In the first 1–2 months, your rent may not be deducted automatically from your bank account yet.
This is normal because the bank usually needs time to finish the automatic bank payment setup.
During this time, the guarantor company or management company may send you an SMS for rent payment.
What you need to do:
✅ Tap the link in the SMS
✅ Check the amount and the due date
✅ Choose combini payment or bank transfer
✅ If you pay at a combini, show the barcode / payment code to the staff
✅ If you choose bank transfer, the link will also show the amount and the bank account details
⚠️ Important:
No automatic deduction does not mean no payment.
Please always check your SMS and pay on time to avoid problems or late fees.
