The region's clean water, rich pastures, and cool climate produce some of the finest milk in the country, and the cheeses made here reflect that directly. From fresh varieties to aged selections, everything is made on site with Hokkaido milk at its best.
But if there's one thing not to leave without — it's the soft serve ice cream. Made fresh daily, best enjoyed outside with Mt. Yotei right in front of you. One of those simple pleasures that somehow tastes better up here.

In June, Niseko turns into a beautiful green landscape filled with wild blossoms. While mainland Japan faces a humid rainy season, summer here arrives with clear skies and cool mountain breezes.

If you look closely at the meadows and trails, you are looking at a piece of history. Many of these flowers—like the sweet-scented white Niseacacia, tall purple Lupinus, and fields of Oxeye Daisies—were brought here from overseas during Hokkaido’s pioneer days over a century ago.
