If you own a small room try putting these wall hangers.
Most of the time, those tiny rooms will only have a small closet, or maybe no closets.
This hanger will prevent tenants to hang clothes on the curtain rails which will easily break and will cost you to repair when the tenants leave.
It looks pretty good and I always use at least 2 of these hangers for small unit like 15sqm tiny rooms, but even for bigger units you can put one near the entrance/genkan so tenants can hang coats, hats, scarfs, and keys.
Only cost you something like 3,000yen.
Small things matter.
