This table shows the occupancy rate data for the units managed by Dualtap in 2021.

We have always maintained a high occupancy rate of over 96%, although there are some months when the occupancy rate drops a bit due to the addition of new properties.

We will continue our efforts to improve the occupancy rate in 2022, and we look forward to the patronage of more property owners.

According to Tas Co.,Ltd., which operates the real estate evaluation website TAS-MAP (http://www.tas-japan.com/), the average occupancy rate in Tokyo in the first quarter of 2021 was 87.3%. The occupancy rate of real estate managed by Dualtap from January to September 2021 is 9% higher than the market average..

今天想給大家介紹幣公司最特別的一個物件。
不久前竣工的XEBEC，在設計上包含了幣公司特別的希望。這次幣公司特意邀請香港著名藝術家雷康寧女士（Josephine H.N.Lui）參與1樓大廳的設計。進入物件之後，您可以在大廳的墻壁發現雷女士的作品。
這次的作品Title是【The Ascending】，表現了鳥的一生，與在一生當中最燦爛的瞬間。鳥的生命是從一個卵中開始的，當它還是一隻小鳥的時候會經歷挫折和失敗。但是，當鳥兒長大了，展翅飛翔的時候，就會成爲一生中最閃耀的瞬間。
Dualtap通過這次設計，想對選擇幣公司的客戶們表達，從疫情剛開始流行的2020年到現在，這漫長又折磨全世界人的2年當中，各位辛苦了。希望看到此作品的每一位，能得到安慰和鼓勵，再忍耐一下。不久的將來我們的生活會變得更加快樂，精彩的。希望我們一起加油！

據7月20日·日本經濟新聞報道的消息，房地产经济研究所（东京新宿）7月19日宣布，1月至6月期间，东京都地区售出的新建公寓数量同比前前年增加了77.3%，达到13,277戶。 由于疫情的關係，上半年的数量下降到1万戶以下，此數據是从開始调查的2020年以來，第一次恢复。 由于日本大多數公司開始導入居家办公模式，對公寓需求量變多，已经恢復到疫情前接近2019年的數據。

自2018年以来，1月至6月的数据在三年内首次增加。 从各地区的销售量来看，除了东京23区的销售量增加了51.3%之外，包括神奈川县和埼玉县，所有地區的銷售量都有增加。銷售量的增加在某种程度上是对2020年房地产公司受到的自我剋制的反应。
