Most landlords in Japan require lessees to provide a guarantor. However, we do not ask that of our lessees here at Shizuoka Apartments. We have a guarantor agency which lessees can make a contract with. It charges half of a month's rent plus ¥2000 when the lessee first takes out a contract.
We also don't charge key money, which is normally one month's rent for Japanese real estate agencies. This means that our contracts are still much cheaper than most real estate agencies’. Even better, our guarantor agency has English, Korean, Vietnamese, Nepali, and Chinese speaking staff. They can offer assistance you in whatever language you're comfortable with.

Ramen is one of the Japanese style noodles. It is quite different from Chinese style noodles and the taste is very different for each shop. Compared to big cities such as Tokyo and Osaka, Shizuoka doesn't have many nice ramen shops. However, there are some nice ramen shops even in walking distance from our apartment. You can call and ask our apartment manager where tasty ramen shops are located.

拉面是日式面条之一。拉面很不同于中国的面条，而且每一家的拉面味道都不一样。比起像东京或者大阪这样的大城市，静冈没有很多美味的拉面，但是，在我们的公寓附近有几家走路都可以到的美味拉面馆。您可以打电话给我们的公寓经理来咨询这些拉面店的具体位置。
