Old Japanese houses must be tested for Asbestos before it can be demolished. This will be a cost for the owner and how much it will cost will depend on where it is found.
Also survey work will become necessary depending on the situation.

Before starting to tear down the house to make way for a new house, Asbestos test must be done. Some samples were collected from suspect areas today for testing. Boundary sursey was also done.
