Development funds come from salaried job working as a chef and this is my long time dream of making housing affordable. Construction started in 2014 on a quarter hectare with initial phase of four bungalows one bedroomed self contained houses. Soon as they are complete, phase two will roll on and my long time plan is to own such investment in other upcoming towns in western part of Kenya.

2018 will be a very energising year. I am aiming to complete remaining 40% which involves putting finishing touches to two houses & construction of a ceptic tank for house waste. So far two bungalows are complete.
